CrystalReportsNinja.exe removed

Hi,
Where can I download the CrystalReportsNinja.exe if it's removed in the deployment directory?
The "Directory Structure" and "Installation" section in README.md stated that there should be a CrystalReportsNinja.exe binary file included however I see that it's removed in the project comment.

You can go to a specific commit and view/download files from a particular point in time.

I can't vouch for the file itself and what dependencies you need though.

Typically, on GitHub executables are built and put in releases as some sort of packaged file (zip, dmg, bin, etc).
