watch and compile files functionality and README.md fix #23

Any suggestions on how to watch a directory of files for changes and post-process with posthtml-bem?
Similar to node-sass watch and output files.

I'm using onchange for watching but unsure of how to send to posthtml-bem to generate updated html.

Also, there is a slight typo in the README.md, there is a missing space between ##Features
