Predefined tags in announcement section

The tags feature in the announcement section is not used properly. Many announcements are district wise ones and they all appear as general ones for a person visiting the site. Please try to add a mandatory tag section which has predefined tags like general, district names, rehabilitation, etc. These predefined tags should be shown at the beginning as it is shown [currently.]

This should be given immediate care as all celebrities are posting on social media to refer to the announcement section on our website for actual information.
