once the GH Actions work again, I think (and explained in some other discussion somewhere else) the GitHub "bot" needs to sign the build / release for all this GH automated workflow based build... something like https://blog.chainguard.dev/gitsign-github-actions/

after the latest changes from @patrickbkr the actual release, 2022.06, did build successfully again
