Describe the bug
Adjusted historical climate data: data rounded on detail panel

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open CCCS
  2. Change to 'Adjusted historical climate data' dataset
  3. Variable: Mean Temperature, Time of year: Annual
  4. Open data table and search for AHCCD station id. Validate trend value in the table. Open the panel. Compare to table

Expected behavior
I expect the value to be the same between Panem and data table

Actual
Value is rounded to nearest tenth of a degree on the panel, but hundredth of a degree in the data table.

This is intended (the details panel rounding), this was from the initial development on the site. I don't remember why they wanted it rounded only that they did.
