Found through Storylines QA review by @celinaolivieri

Description

When the ToC is expanded, hovering over any item covers the hexagon icon with hover text.

Environment

Any desktop browser

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Storyline.
  2. Hover over Chapter Hexagons

Expected behavior

Chapter Title hover text is displayed. I should still be able to see the hexagon icons.

Actual behavior

I cannot see hexagon icons. Hover text covers
