It's in fact expected as the elemental operator is not installed by Helm during the restoration process but by the rancher-backup operator directly. So maybe an upgrade with Helm is enough? Or maybe we will simply have to remove the uninstallation step from this step?

I tried to reinstall the operator with helm but I found this issue: rancher/elemental-operator#881.
