Windows air-gap images.txt listing missing images

Describe the bug:

It was noticed that the https://github.com/rancher/rke2/releases/download/v1.30.4-rc1%2Brke2r1/rke2-images.windows-amd64.txt contains reference to Windows images that does not exist on rancher/mirrored-pause docker hub image repo but exists in rancher-pause docker hub image repo. This is causing failure to pull the images listed on the file for air-gap testing with private registry.
Ref: Likely been missed as part of the script change in this PR: #4829

Steps To Reproduce:

• Create a private registry and pull the images via docker before installing RKE2 on air-gapped instance

Expected behavior:

• Image pulling succeeds as image should exist

Actual behavior:

• Image pulling failed as images does not exist

Validated on the RC's. Closing this issue
