Error while running examples/aws_ec2

I was trying to deploy K8s clusters on AWS using Terraform and Terraform RKE Provider, but whenever I try doing terraform apply, it throws this error, and I'm unable to resolve the issue.

After changing the instance type to t3.small from t2.large, and debug mode on, still, it's giving me the same error:
