Dependabot-like custom workflow can not sign commits #1094

What steps did you take and what happened?

The "Update generated code" step in the workflow tries to sign commits, but there is no key to sign anything with.

The GITHUB_TOKEN can't be used for signing.
This needs a different solution, possibly a dedicated account.

What did you expect to happen?

All commits should be signed.
