LogicalDOC - Command Execution via Automation Scripts
A remote command execution vulnerability in the LogicalDOC Community Version 8.8.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted script for the Built-In Scripting Language functionality.
Once logged into the LogicalDOC application with an Admin account, navigate to the Execute Automation functionality (Document -> More -> Execute Automation). This section of the application allows the user to execute custom scripts in the context of the LogicalDOC application.
At the request of the vendor, a full proof of concept script has not been generated.
Reported to vendor on 10/4/22 Public Disclosure on 2/23/23
