How can we load a project settings automatically when opening a folder with ST? #112

When you open a folder with ST, and it happens to be the exact project that you have already created with ProjectManager, it seems the settings are not applied.

Settings are applied however if you go through the menu and call open project.

Is there a way to make the settings apply even though you didn't open the project through the command palette but directly from the OS file system?
