YARDで@optionの中に@deprecatedを書いても動いていない気がする

Groonga::Schema.create_table のドキュメントで使っているけど、そのまま出力されているようにみえる。

YARDの問題ならYARDに報告する。使い方が悪いならこっちを直す。
