Title Image URL from Stories API is not accessible and URL is not same in U-Report Website’s

Title image URL of U-Report Global’s most recent featured story (https://ureport.in/story/1013/) is:
https://dl-ureport.s3.amazonaws.com/cache/a3/92/a3924ae5f46696dffca0ecb728b826fd.jpg

However, based on Stories API data, link of the same title image is: https://dl-ureport.s3.amazonaws.com/stories/UN0484714.jpg . But the problem is - this link is not accessible, just click on this link, you’ll see an error message. And this is happening for many cases (in Stories API) - title image URLs of few stories are not accessible, on the other hand - title image URLs of some other stories are accessible.
