monitor.sh not adding to completed after provisioning #59

I provisioned a CM4 successfully but nothing was added to Completed (or Failed.)

After provisioning one CM4 monitor.sh is empty as if it was first opened.

While provisioning I did see:

Purged serial number from the report - I'll add some guidance around issue reports.

Confirmed, monitor is looking for an incorrect completion marker. Targeted for v1.1.2.
