I don't know what I did, but my Qun MKII was going very well for a few hours until suddenly I can't play piano mode because when I play the keys in Piano Mode, they keep triggering various other functions of the device which makes the device lag / slow down / behave erratically. I just updated to firware v4.66 properly, reset the device, and the issue is still happening. I would be happy to "factory reset" in order to start over, but I am not sure how to do that. Would I formate the SD Card and re-download all the files from somewhere? Or should I try something else?
I'll upload a Video of the issue:

I watched the video. It seems like a hardware issue. Somehow the synth thinks PLAY/RECALL button is pressing.
Can you press PLAY/RECALL button HARD? Sometimes the button cap is off and it causes the issue.

Hello! I have tried this as well, but now the unit seems to be having trouble making any sound at all. I think this unit may be hardware defective. When it came in the box, the knob was bent, for example, so maybe this unit was knocked around too much? Not sure. Trying to press play/recall hard and in various ways did not solve the issue. I contacted Perfect Circuit in California USA and they are going to issue an RME number to either replace or refund the device. I might get a replacement because I enjoyed my first few hours learning the device, reading the cheat sheet, and manual, and it is a very unique product! Thanks for helping me examine the issue. I think you are right that it is hardware. I should mention that this issue did not happen until the first time I went into the SYSTEM menu and made some changes. I remember that I changed Sample Rate to 24khz, and the device told me I needed to reset it. I did not know about the RST button on the bottom board of the ESP32, so I unplugged the USB MIDI cable. I don't know if that could cause the issue, but some time after that, this issue started happening. Then I updated firmware, v4.66 and it did not fix it. So either the device was faulty from the shipment, or manufacturing, or perhaps changing the sample rate caused this issue. Maybe both! I hope I have been helpful. I am learning how to make my own synths too, so I appreciate that you made this device from the ESP32 board. Big inspiration. Thank you!

Sorry for the late response. Did you get a replacement?
