Pillow is available in Juno already, however the installed version is 8.1.2 which is almost 4 years old at this point. It might be reasonable to upgrade to version 9, or 10

Thanks for reporting @thipokKub—yep, Pillow is definitely due for an update. I'm hoping to update it with the next overall environment upgrade.
