I think we have triggered a bug in the upstream puppetlabs/inifile module here, which makes the rspec tests fail with puppet v4.0 and 4.1.

As long as the upstream bug in puppetlabs/stdlib is not fixed, we should drop Support for Puppet version >=4.0, 4.2. Since this seems to be impossible via metadata.json, we should simply add some info to the README.
