Transmitting LIN Frame from script

Hi,
I am trying to transmit a LIN frame (Not just header) through the script. But I see that the data I have written on the message buffer doesn't get updated, but only the data that is available in the transmit window taken.

Is there a way where I can programmatically change the LIN master frame data?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
