Need to implement a code with Fast-RCNN library

I need to implement a code with Fast-RCNN library as below GitHub link;

In above Github link they use a library function from Fast-RCNN which is ;
from fast_rcnn.util import im_extract_feat
https://github.com/rkwitt/AGA/blob/master/misc/object_features.py (line 18).

I couldn't find this functions any of the Fast-RCNN libraries. I ask the authors of AGA(https://github.com/rkwitt/AGA) but they don't reply me. Please anyone help me with this issue that 'Is there really any version of Fast-RCNN have this library function?'. If yes then please inform me which version is it.
