I'm using the Ubuntu 14.04 without GPU and i want to run this code ( with CPU only ) : https://github.com/xinleipan/py-faster-rcnn-with-new-dataset . I i do : python ./tools/demo.py --gpu 0 --net vgg16 he print this error :

you need to compile caffe using cuda for gpu support

HI, I'm also facing the same issue despite building caffe and the code in CPU only mode. I'm unable to run the demo.py. Can anyone please help?

I managed to run it using: ./tools/demo.py --cpu --net vgg16
