Render track preview when offline #10

Current state

Switch off wireless and data connection
Stop the app
Open the track list. Recorded tracks items show up. Track previews and base map are not rendered as shown in the screenshot.

Target state

Render track preview in the track list even without base map being loaded due to offline.
