edger or Chrome wont show up

Microsoft Edge is selected in any "How do you want to open this?" box
I've ran the Cleanup tool and Edge open, then tried another install nothing happens

Click on weather or news

i see it blink for a moment but thats all

Chrome should open a weather forecast

Nothing show ups(edge,chrome.)
