On the background, GPSManager broadcastGpsNetworkStatus updates the "GPS Fix" image on MainActivity. If the MainActivity is not displayed on the foreground, then it should broadcast

Similar to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2282435/inform-activity-from-a-broadcastreceiver-only-if-it-is-in-the-foreground
