How did you test this PR?
Platform: iOS Simulator 6s 11.2 using Google Maps provider
Patched changes into an existing project (on react-native 0.55.3) that is making use of calloutOffset to successfully offset callouts on Android. Was able to compare views on Android and iOS to see that they now match
