[PDP] Revisions UX updates

Implement remaining UX update for #1356

• move revisions dashboard card into Catalog card (and i18n update) PR Move revision settings to catalog #1544
• updated "Loading" spinner (should be universal) PR Loading 1455 #1471
• UX move delete button to same row (shouldn't need row to be active to delete)
• UX to collapse accordions, focus edit target and open PR Expandable cards #1569
• Reimplement a confirmation UX when updating inputs (formerly turned green and fade on success) PR Green flash on fields in PDP page after change success #1558
• Ensure all inputs have placeholders PR Added placeholders product fields #1472, Placeholders + i18n for variant form fields #1542

• Some fields like details and manufacturer and not submitted when pressing enter while others like Tag are. Probably any field that makes sense to be submitted by enter should be. PR Green flash on fields in PDP page after change success #1558

#1471 did not close the loading issue (loading indicator for PDP). I am still seeing the text loader.
