Scrolling to IDs

Hello,
When clicking on an ID link, something like <a href="#command">... the page does not scroll.
It is the only issue I've had with an otherwise perfect module.

Is there any way to remedy this? To exclude <a> tags with a # symbol from the scope of this module?
