For example, one can not find Central Committee of the Communist Party in China (from Institution.csv) on wikidata.

However, there is an entry Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on wikidata.

I actually things this is a corrigible error, the translation is most likely standardized and the one from wikidata seems correct to me.
