Just a heads-up:

rel = publication is now official:
https://www.iana.org/assignments/link-relations/link-relations.xhtml

Links to a publication manifest. A manifest represents structured information about a publication, such as informative metadata, a list of resources, and a default reading order.

Compared with the LCP spec:
https://github.com/readium/lcp-specs/blob/master/releases/lcp/lcp-1-0-3.md#link-relationships

Location where the Publication associated with the License Document can be downloaded
