As a follow-up to the work done in #8, we'd like to continue to enhance the buttons displayed at the top/bottom of the current resource with:

  • a hover state
  • the title of the next/previous resource, extracted from the table of contents
  • forcing styles on these buttons to avoid conflicting styles inherited from the publication
  • and support for the Enter key when using keyboard navigation (requires Keyboard Events and Accessibility in Navigator ts-toolkit#86)
