Add a link back to the parent project in subprojects #1000
Comments
I was thinking about this last week, I'm +1 on having this. |
Hi, |
@sankha555 this issue has the label |
Just checking in to make sure this is still awaiting a decision from the core team. It would be a great feature to have. Thank you! |
I think this should be a setting of the rtd theme, and we could populate that option automatically (or maybe just leave this to the users). Anyway, moving this to the theme repo. |
I think this would be a great feature! |
Me too! |
When I'm in a subproject, there's no link to the parent project, which makes it difficult to navigate back to it, short of modifying the URL in the address bar.
Of course, I could manually add a link, but it's not ideal, and anyway it would be nice to have a visual indication that we're in a subproject. For instance, in FakeItEasy Analyzers, it would be nice if the title at the top of the table of contents was more like this:
FakeItEasy > FakeItEasy Analyzers
