Definition lists display with same styling as method lists #278

Normal definition lists should appear with alternate styling to the normal method listings, such as:

screen shot 2016-02-09 at 9 28 43 am

instead of:

screen shot 2016-02-09 at 9 14 16 am

@agjohnson is this still an issue? Do you have an example of the source that produces the second screenshot? The theme documentation contains a glossary which uses a definition list, but it looks OK
