Improve configurations with sanitized builders

There is an increased number of failures in CI sanitized builders recently: #6474, #6738, #6739, #6919.

Apart from that current sanitized configuration essentially runs Debug build with manually set optimization flags, which is not exactly production default type of build.

Preliminary work under #6911 revealed also many issues with current testing code, when new builders for different platforms were added. Also, now it's possible add msvc with asan for future proofing.

Since a few on mentioned issues suspected to be important and related for #6813, let's extend tested configuration and align them closer to prod build types.
