Fix UWP path when running debug builds #3030

When running the workflow in debug mode, the path for the UWP test application is not updated. This is where we're looking for the app: D:\a\realm-dotnet\realm-dotnet\Tests\Tests.UWP/AppPackages/Tests.UWP_1.0.0.0_Test while it's being produced at D:\a\realm-dotnet\realm-dotnet\Tests\Tests.UWP\AppPackages\Tests.UWP_1.0.0.0_Debug_Test.
