Menus still contain the default web related items

The menu still contain items like "Reload" and "Toogle Developer Tools" that only make sense for a web page. Also the menu items that could make sense (like "Select All") are actually working on the web view, instead of the application level.

Its an example, I would expect "Select All" to select all rows in the list of objects, but instead it selects all visible text in the window.

Agree. The "Reload" and "Toggle Developer Tools" should be removed from non-developer builds.

• Window -> Zoom has no effect, at least on Windows
• Toggle Full Screen is a bit annoying on Windows because I could not easily escape it (didn't know F11 did it)
