Discussed with Mahesh, probably don't want to start changing the data ourselves, could add a post-processing example that joins this with another dataset that includes the relevant data.

Percentage of individuals with COVID-19, or number of cases per 100,000 in a given region might be an easier metric to understand for comparisons.
