M-w doesn't work on Windows. #320

But when I tried to display the command name run by M-w, I could not see this map. In fact it seems that my key press isn't captured when I pressed C-h ? C and then M-w. This bottom line is still waiting for me to describe key.
And when I display all the key bindings, I could neither see M-w mapped to kill-ring-save, but this:

Hi, Bin, thank you for your great work.
My question is that M-w doesn't copy region on my Windows PC.
Here is my environment:
Windows 8.1 without cygwin
Emacs 24.5.1
and I disabled evil.
I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. Could you help me to find out what's the problem is?
