Create Service for endpoint entry in devfile

User Story

As an odo user, I want other applications on cluster access my application that I'm developing

Acceptance Criteria

• odo should create Kubernetes Service resource for each endpoint in devfile (It can be one Service with multiple ports)
• The Service should expose the same ports as they are defined in the endpoint field in devfile
