User Story

As an IDE plugin developer, I want to get information about the running API Server, if any, started by odo dev So that I can know how to interact with it.

Note: information about the API Server port is already being stored in .odo/devstate.json, but can be determined only from the odo dev output.

Acceptance Criteria

  • It should display the API server port, along with info about the web UI, in both human-readable and JSON formats
  • Because the API Server is currently experimental, such info should be displayed only if the experimental mode is enabled
