UI improvements to the options page #23

For the options page,

The checkboxes can be changed to radio buttons to make it clear that only one can be selected. (Checkboxes can make it seem that more than one option can be selected).
The UI should also make it clear that the checkbox/radio button is for selecting the default instance. Currently in the UI it's not very clear what the checkbox is exactly for.
