The VS Code HTML extension provides many different ways to customize attribute formatting:

It would be great if vscode-xml also had an enum preference providing the same features as well.

Maybe the xml.format.splitAttributes: true/false preference could be an enum value for the new preference.

Issue: #272 may be a subset of this issue.
