Bug description

Hey Guys,

I think you should change the role of sushy-tool installation because below packages are removed from RHEL9. can you please confirm if my understanding are correct.

  • python3-virtualenv
  • libvirt-devel

OpenShift version

other (provide in the description)

I ran into the issues when attempting to run crucible on RHEL 9. @nocturnalastro and myself have begun planning this upcoming work.
