I frequently include images in comments (because we share final output in PRs for product team to review) and missing the file upload makes me turn the whole thing off. The ability to enable/disable features would be awesome.

@lloydwatkin You can just drag and drop images, that's still working. The extension just removes the buttons which are not really necessary when you already know Markdown and GitHub.
