Hello I am wondering is there a way to use reflex and Reanimate in order to be able to display animations on the web page.

At the very least you should be able to use reflex-dom to create an SVG element, construct your own animation timer with reflex, and render the animation yourself with reanimates frameAt function which constructs SVGs at given times.

Efficiently rendering changes to the SVG AST however will be a bit challenging.
