Looks like the app is only searching in nextcloud itself, not on external storage. My music collection is on an external storage (a local one) which is not being scanned.

This issue is not related to external storage but to audio files with missing ID3-Tags (e.g. ringtones).

  • The scanner was adjusted to handle these files correctly (storing them with Title = Filename & "Various Artist"
  • In case of broken/invalid audio files, these are shown on an error report
