File /headphones/cuesplit.py still uses headphones.CONFIG.ENCODERFOLDER, but:

  1. ENCODERFOLDER - is not present in web UI, so you could not configure it
  2. seems, like new options exists, see headphones/config.py::_upgrade():
# ....
self.ENCODER_PATH = os.path.join(self.ENCODERFOLDER, self.ENCODER)
# ....

I am sure, the cuesplit.py SHOULD be fixed
