使用last_finish_time 判断是否已经计算过有bug #4

当last_finish_time =0 ，如果需要计算多个周，或者任务超过 timeout 设定时间，将无法跳过已经执行的任务。一直在重复计算
mysql output 判断时候table name 没有设置
