[FR] Wi-Fi disconnection trigger

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I like turning Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off when leaving home. So I need to detect when particular Wi-Fi AP is disconnected rather than connected (which seems to be supported right now).

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to detect that I'm disconnecting from home Wi-Fi (one of a few), ensure I am not reconnected within time frame (let's say 1 minute) and if that is still the case, turn off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so when I'm not at home they both are offline by default.

Additional context
The basic feature (without timeout) is supported by Lineage OS's system profiles, but I have migrated to GrapheneOS that doesn't have it and looking for a way to implement it with Easer (or other app if it can't do that).
