How to export the navigation(sidebar) settings

First of all, I didnt use docker to run the wiki. now i want to migrate it to a new server. how to locate the setting of the navigation bar?

It is saved in the database. If you want to migrate the wiki to a new server, simply make a dbdump and import it to the new database.
The whole wiki including the aforementioned sidebar settings will be restored.

Of course if you hadn't used docker, just omit the docker part of the command (docker exec db).
