HiFi Berry DAC2 Stopped working

Hi,

I set up a Pi4 last week and been running fine all week, went to try and plug headphones in to the hifiberry instead of the RCA and they wouldn't work. Plugged headphones into dedicated Pi out and switched the output settings from to onboard headphones. Now it won't find my DAC2. I've tried rebooting. Green light on hifiberry is lit. Any suggestions?

I there code i review or modify to bring the HifiBerry back?

So I rebooted the micro CD card image from scratch and its back up and running. Not sure what cause it to disappear. The whole 'output' section from Settings->Player disappeared.

I confirmed with HifiBerry the DAC2 has a headphone amp: "The headphone output includes a headphone amplifier. No external headphone amplifier is needed."
